In my opinion, a girl can never have too many shoes! There are so many styles, heights colours and textures; we are spoilt for choice when it comes to picking our footwear and there is something for every occasion and event possible. I think a girl should own at least one of each of the main styles of the season to compliment the varying trends and I have devised my own wishlist of the top styles available on Daniel Footwear as part of the blogger competition. The sun is shining, there's not a cloud in sight, we can almost pretend we are on holiday right now! Make the most of the summery weather while it lasts in these Sam Edelman leather platform sandals. Team with jeans, lightweight shirt and a coloured blazer or glam up a maxi dress, they will look perfect on any occasion - even if you aren't lucky enough to be jetting off this summer. I love the neutral colour as it makes them very versatile sandals and the demi wedge is really cute as well!
Everyone needs a pair of shoes that stop people in their tracks and makes them go wow - and more importantly make them lust after your shoes and wonder where you got them from! Statement shoes are bright, bold and a little bit out there, which is why I think these Vivienne Westwood Ladydragon Heart shoes fit right in. Vivienne has never been one for blending into the background and neither should you! I love how she has recreated the retro jelly shoe and these are bound to be the hot topic of conversation at any party. Wear with a simple outfit so these shoes can take the focus.
One of the main trends at the moment is festival chic and 90's grunge; everything is shredded, bleached and studded within an inch of their lives; but this messy and full of attitude trend works so well and is unusually one of the hottest summer trends! Grunge down an asymmetric dress with these hot Daniel Stud Platform Boots, also try teaming them with a crop top, disco pants and kimono jacket for a look full of attitude. I love these because of the studs down the heel, I have so many accessories covered in studs from flats, wedges, jewellery and belts, so these would fit right in!

I love the metallic toe caps and are a quirky take on traditional trainers which can sometimes lack fashionability. You can still look stylish on off-duty days and be comfortable at the same time.
These Camper Casi Casi flats incorporate so many hot trends into one; the T-Bar fastening which has featured in many designer collections, colour blocking with coral - *THE* hottest colour right now and cut out detailing, all the more reason to add them to your collection. these sweet little sandals will be perfect with floaty dresses or a cami and high waisted shorts - perfect to finish off any summer outfit.
Pretty-tough is a great Juxtaposition of a trend and these ribbon stilettos are given a edge with the addition of studs and spikes, giving them some oomph. These Daniel Dangerous Studded Platform Sandals are the perfect shoes for a night out with little cocktail dresses and chunky metallic jewellery to ooze confidence and attitude. As I've said before, I can never say no to studs, they just change the persona of an outfit and can update a look so easily.
Surprise, surpise I've picked some more studded shoes! But these are going for an entirely different look. Live up to the rock and roll lifestyle in these distressed Ash Leather Titan Ankle Boots. I think these will be ideal to wear at a summer festival with a band T, denim shorts and a leather jacket for the perfect rocker look.
Last but by not means least, The court shoes has been seen everywhere from designer to high street collection in a variety of neon colours and textured prints. These Michael Kors Mid Pump Court Shoe are bang on trend with the pointed toe and snakeskin print; ideal to go from the office to the cocktail bar with some cigarette trousers and a blouse for a sleek and stylish city look.
